Returns & Exchanges:

  • Eligibility: We do not accept returns, exchanges are valid within 10 days of the purchase date. Reduced and Sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged. Beauty/skincare items, haircare, footwear, apothecary, jewelry, handbags/accessories and swimwear items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Conditions: Items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.
  • How to Initiate: To start an exchange, please contact our customer support team via email or phone.
  • Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is unavailable, you will be presented with a store credit to use on anything else in the store.
