Ordering
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.
Returns & Exchanges
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We do not accept returns, exchanges are valid within 10 days of the purchase date.
Items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Reduced and Sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged. Beauty/skincare items, haircare, footwear, apothecary, jewelry, handbags/accessories and swimwear items are not eligible for return or exchange.
PLEASE NOTE: Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is unavailable, you will be presented with a store credit to use on anything else in the store.
What items are final sale?
Jewelry, Bags, Sale/Discounted items, Swim, Cosmetics, Hair accessories, Sunglasses, Socks & Lifestyle/home items are all final sale.
Other items can be returned for store credit or exchange as long as they are returned in pristine condition new with tags within 14 days of purchase.
